Our Extended Care plan makes sure it lasts — covering manufacturing defects, seam issues, and material faults for 3 full years from purchase.

How it Works

When can I add the Extended Care plan?
Within 30 days of your original purchase. After 30 days, you're covered by the standard 1-year warranty only.
Can I add it to any WALLIEN product?
Extended Care is available for springsuits, full wetsuits, and the Horizonia Jacket. Swimwear is covered by our standard return and quality guarantee.
What happens if my suit can't be repaired?
We'll replace it with the same product. If that product is no longer available, we'll offer a comparable alternative or store credit.
Does Extended Care cover fit issues?
Fit should be resolved before the suit hits the water. If you need to exchange sizes, our standard 30-day return policy covers that.
Is there a deductible or extra cost for claims?
No. If your claim is approved, repair or replacement is fully covered, including shipping.
Can I transfer the warranty if I give the suit as a gift?
Yes. The warranty follows the product, not the purchaser. The recipient will need the original order number for claims.
