• No import duties in EU - shipping from within the EU
• Free return shipping excludes items on sale and orders outside EU countries
• Returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt
• Returns need to be in sellable condition (see FAQ)
• Returns / exchanges for items on sale are subject to a handling fee to cover the cost of the return shipment label
• The handling fee will be charged through our returns portal
